As has been explained in the video, we have had a few members tragically die, and my legal team has requested that you all submit your next of kin details. We submitted the claim in court for $360.55 million in September, and our legal team expects to complete the case within 6 months unless the Government settles out of court beforehand. Which is what we hope to happen because this case opens the floodgates for the Government to be sued by EVERY business in Lesotho once we win a judgment in court.
